Policy revisions and service announcements, newest first. The Terms and privacy policy both point here, so this page is where a change to either becomes official.
Why this page exists. Terms that can change silently are not really terms. Recording each revision with its effective date is what makes "continued use constitutes acceptance" a fair statement rather than a trap — you cannot accept something you were never shown. A change that materially reduces your rights gets posted here before it takes effect, not after.

First published version of both documents, alongside the public beta of this federation. Nothing preceded them, so there is nothing to diff against.
Worth stating plainly at the outset, because it is the part most likely to matter to somebody later:
- Uploads are anonymous, free, and public, and the intention is to keep them that way.
- Source IP addresses are kept for 30 days and then discarded. Nothing else is collected.
- This is a beta. Data loss is possible. Keep your own copy.
- Copyright takedown notices go to bug@thebugreport.dev and are acted on.
